Can I change my app?
Yes you can, it’s very easy. We give you access to our easy to use Content Management System to edit your content inside your app, send instant, unlimited Push Notifications (messages to your customers who have downloaded your app) and add and remove app functions and more. You can also view full Analytics of your App.
Is there any costs for Push Notifications?
No. Send as many Push Notifications as you like to your customers who have downloaded your app. Send them instantly to your customers or even schedule Push Notifications to be sent at a specific time and date.
Can I set up a shopping cart?
Yes. If you are a restaurant or cafe, you have access to our state of the art Food Ordering app function where your customers can order food online and pay you via the app, via PayPal. We also offer a Mobile Shopping cart where we will create an ecommerce tab with a shopping cart and PayPal system integration for any business wanting to sell their products via the app.
Can my customers make an online reservation via my app?
Yes, they can. The Reservation Tab allows customers to schedule appointments, book or reserve a table directly inside your app.
Am I limited to 1 loyalty program in my app?
No. We have 4 different loyalty features, you can have a in built punch card loyalty function, a QR Code loyalty function, a GPS loyalty coupon function and our Advanced Loyalty feature with includes a Points and Perks function. Mix and match different loyalty programs to keep your customers coming back to your business.
What happens if I close my business down or sell my business?
Not a problem. We can assist with the transition to a new owner or just give us 90 days written notice via email and we will arrange for the App to be turned off.
